Refund policy
**Qomn Return Policy**
At Qomn, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
**Eligibility for Returns:**
- We accept returns for products purchased directly from the Qomn website. Returns for products purchased through our authorized distributors will not be accepted.
**Refund Period:**
- You have up to 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
**Exchange Policy:**
- At this time, we do not have an exchange policy in place.
**Conditions for a Valid Return:**
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- All product tags must be intact and in their original packaging.
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
**Claims for Missing or Wrong Products:**
If you receive a wrong product or find any items missing, we kindly request you to share a video evidence of unboxing and report the issue within 24 working hours from the date of delivery. Claims without video proof may not be entertained.
**Return Process:**
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Create a 'Return Request' under the “My Accounts” section of our website.
2. Follow the prompts after clicking the 'Return’ button.
3. Keep the item ready for pick-up or follow the shipping instructions provided, depending on your chosen return mode.
**Alternate Return Method:**
If you prefer to raise a return request via email, kindly reach out to us at contact@qomn.in. Please include your Order ID, product name, and product SKU in the email to avoid any confusion.
**Product Pick-Up:**
We offer a convenient pick-up service based on the address used during order placement. Our courier partner will arrange a pick-up, and you will receive an SMS/Whatsapp notification on the scheduled day.
**Failed Pick-Up Attempts:**
If, after three attempts, the courier partner is unable to pick up the item, the pick-up request will be marked as failed. For further assistance, please contact our customer care at contact@qomn.in.
**Important Notes:**
1. Qomn will not be held responsible if the wrong product is handed over to the delivery person during pick-up.
2. In the event that the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, customers are requested to self-ship the goods. Qomn will reimburse shipping costs up to a maximum of Rs.100.
