We accept returns within 7 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend returning the item and placing a new order if needed.

Yes. Based on your delivery address, our courier partner will schedule a pick-up, and you’ll receive a notification via SMS or WhatsApp.
After three unsuccessful pick-up attempts, the return request will be marked as failed. You can reach out to contact@qomn.in for further assistance.
In such cases, we request you to self-ship the product. We will reimburse up to Rs.100 towards your shipping cost. Kindly retain and share the shipping receipt with us.
Yes, all domestic shipping is free. We partner with reliable couriers like Ekart and Delhivery to ensure timely and insured delivery. For Cash on Delivery orders, you may receive a call before delivery.
